Best Places to Work 2016: Atlanta Business Chronicle Announces InnoVergent as a Finalist for 2016

ATLANTA, Ga.:  30 August, 2016 – The Atlanta Business Chronicle has announced accounting software consulting firm InnoVergent as a finalist in the Best Places to Work in Atlanta for 2016.

Located in Alpharetta, Ga., InnoVergent provides implementation and consulting services for enterprise-level finance and accounting software including NetSuite, NetSuite Open Air and Adaptive Insights. For the second consecutive year, InnoVergent came out among the top Atlanta businesses nominated in the small category, defined as having 50 employees or fewer.

Based on nominations received by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, employees of nominated companies complete a survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. According to Quantum, all Best Places to Work winners are determined exclusively on the basis of their employees’ responses to the Best Places to Work Survey. Ranking is determined by employees’ responses to a 30-question survey, as well as the percentage of employees that respond to the survey. In an effort to obtain the most accurate results, Quantum only accepts survey responses from locally-based permanent employees (full and part-time), as these are usually the best judge of employee engagement. Seasonal, per diem, independent contractors, 1099 consultants, temps, partners, and owners are not eligible to participate.

According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Quantum ranks the top 100 employers in three categories: the top five among extra large employers (501+ employees in the metro Atlanta area), the top 20 among large employers (100-500 employees), the top 20 among medium employers (50-99 employees), and the top 55 among small employers (10-49 employees). Only employers with at least 10 employees can participate. 

The official 2016 rankings will be announced at the 13th annual awards event on Thursday, September 8 at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. Over 750 guests are expected to attend the awards breakfast. Winning companies will be profiled and rewarded for hard working employees, investing in training, offering innovative wellness and fitness programs, social activities, and providing opportunities for individual growth.
