InnoVergent Thanksgiving 2015

We can’t wait to celebrate Turkey Day! Before we feast this Thursday, we want to reflect on everything we have to be thankful for during the past year, and say thanks to our customers for making it all possible.

In January, we started the year off with a bang as we officially launched our sister company, GovSense. And we were excited to enter 2015 with two new team members! Lindsay came on board as our Client Success Manager and Drew joined our development team. We even got a chance to work with some bright young Georgia State University students as we participated in their computer science program’s capstone project.

In March, we made friends and built tables for those in need at the Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta. In April, we traveled San Jose for Adaptive Live, a conference hosted by our Partner Adaptive Insights. Throughout the summer, our rockstar consulting team toured the US in a sweep of implementation projects. We are happy to report they have since returned home safely, and returned to a (somewhat) normal sleep schedule.

In May, our wordsmith Katie joined us from Knoxville, Tennessee, just in time to craft some outstanding collateral for Techweek Chicago, where we traveled in June. We were all in for a treat when Chris joined our sales team in July, followed by Ryan, who joined our consulting team in August. We closed out the summer with some food sorting fun at Technology Association of Georgia’s annual Day of Service at the Atlanta Community Food Bank. By September, we were saying “here we grow again!” as we welcomed project manager Kirsten and consultant Joseph to the team.

In September, we were so honored to be named a Top Place to Work by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. In October, we were all grateful to be a part of InnoVergent’s first ever company retreat. We traveled to Nantahala Outdoor Center in Bryson City, NC, where we had a jam-packed 3 days full of team building and adventure.

We have so much to be thankful for this year–we just can’t express our gratitude enough for another successful year. As 2015 nears an end, our 10th Anniversary is right around the corner. We look forward to celebrating with our team and clients!
