InnoVergent CEO, Paul Cammisa, has more than 30 years of finance, technology and business operations experience. Paul is originally from Toronto, Canada and received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. He has managed and supported multinational enterprises as well as small to medium sized organizations.

His expertise lies in the areas of business and systems strategy, systems design and implementation, financial and operations management, and business process improvement. At InnoVergent, Paul has overall responsibility for the company’s visionary direction and growth strategy. His primary focus is dedicated to growing the operations of the business through strategic relationships with various technology and investment partners. Paul serves on the board of directors for Technology Association of Georgia’s Professional Services Society.

Gary McTall, Director of Technical Services, has 11 years of total technical experience and has been with InnoVergent for 4 of those years. He is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Economics and Management. His previous experience includes serving as the Principle Solution Architect at EnerGov Solutions and he was the Co-Founder of HerdofNerdz LLC.

His skills include Solution Architecture, User Experience (UX), and Software Development. When asked what he loves most about his job he said, “I enjoy the opportunities our customers challenge us to solve on a daily basis.” Gary chose his career because technology has always interested him. He wrote his first software application at age 9. Since his collegiate career, his personal goal has been to apply best software practices to common user interactions; thus making technology easy to the masses.
