One in A Millennial Award Winners

InnoVergent Director of Technical Services, Gary McTall, Named Technologist of the Year by TAG

Gary McTall, Director of Technical Services at InnoVergent has been named Technologist of the Year at the 2nd annual #OneInAMillennial Awards hosted by Technology Association of Georgia’s Young Professionals Society.

ATLANTA, Ga.:  30 September, 2016 – Gary McTall has been named Technologist of the Year at the One in a Millennial Awards organized by the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG). The event took place last Thursday, September 22 at General Assembly and it recognized Millennials who have excelled in their industry.

TAG Young Professionals’ Technologist of the year is described as “a young professional who is a specialist in technology. Similar to entrepreneur of the year with a cooler name. We are looking for someone who is very innovative and able to execute on their innovative thinking.”

In addition to serving as the head of InnoVergent’s technical department, Gary is the co-founder and CTO of GovSense, the first CloudERP built for Government. After spending ten years helping government entities, software companies, and private equity firms solve their most difficult challenges, Gary embarked to change the way citizens and customers engage with local government. Gary is passionate about providing local government leaders with the tools they need to build smarter communities for us all.

Katie Rogers, VP of Client Success at SalesLoft and previous One in a Millennial award recipient, kicked off the event with an inspiring keynote speech. Although only in its second year, this landmark awards ceremony drew a crowd of nearly 100 Atlanta professionals, and the #OneInAMillennial hashtag reached the #1 trending topic on Twitter for the evening.

InnoVergent served as the Title Sponsor at the event, facilitating tools for TAG to keep recognizing those who have made a name for themselves, enhancing the value of their respective industries.
