In an effort to better understand current industry changes and the way they’re affecting our clients and partners, we decided to ask ourselves “why” we do what we do and “how” we are going to carry out these changes while at the same time providing the best possible services for our customers. The answer? A new vision statement that encompasses the values our company was founded on, while at the same time embracing future innovations.
The vision statement, announced at the beginning of the year by founder and CEO Paul Cammisa, states that our main goal for years to come is to “provide customer success by enabling outstanding solutions with best practices and personal experiences.”
So, what do customer success, outstanding solutions, best practices and personal experiences mean to our stakeholders?
Customer Success
