InnoVergent ranks 5th out of Atlanta’s 50 Best Places to Work in small company category

ATLANTA – September 12, 2017 – InnoVergent, a financial and accounting software and services organization, has been recognized as one of the 2017 Best Places to Work by The Atlanta Business Chronicle. The recognition was awarded to 50 Atlanta-based companies, who were honored at the 14th Best Places to Work Awards on September 6, 2017. InnoVergent provides customers with consulting, training and software implementation services, delivered in an inclusive, collaborative environment that helps organizations accelerate growth.

The Best Places to Work program measures a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction. This year, InnoVergent ranked 5th out of 50 businesses in the small company category in Atlanta.

“Several local companies participated in this year’s Best Places to work small company category, and it truly is an honor to be recognized for our efforts to satisfy not only our customers, but also our employees,” said Paul Cammisa, CEO of InnoVergent. “Creating a great work environment has always been a priority for InnoVergent, and as we keep growing, we look forward to providing opportunities for our team members to develop professionally and better serve our valued customers.”

At InnoVergent, customer satisfaction is the main priority. The company works directly with customers to implement and support extremely sophisticated software products; therefore, participation in business and industry organizations is strongly encouraged for employees to stay cutting edge in their knowledge.

“Maintaining a healthy work environment leads to happy team members who always put customers first,” said Shana McPhail, Director of Client Services at InnoVergent. “Nothing makes us happier as a team than hearing from our customers about how our software and services are improving their daily jobs, saving money for their companies and helping them succeed. Fortunately, we hear that kind of feedback often giving the entire InnoVergent team a reason to share congratulations and celebrate yet again.”

Founded in 2006, the InnoVergent leadership team is constantly developing initiatives to promote a positive culture. By supporting a healthy work/life balance and encouraging corporate social responsibility programs, employees always feel engaged and describe the work environment as collaborative. The company celebrates their customers’ success and their own company growth, while also celebrating individuals’ contributions and personal milestones.

An example of the 100 percent engagement survey result is InnoVergent’s Senior Consultant Todd Caito’s feedback: “At InnoVergent I am constantly learning new things. The people I work with are all very friendly with each other, which fosters an atmosphere of trust and always striving for excellence,“ he said. “I feel constant support from my coworkers and managers, which makes me feel empowered to go above and beyond when it comes to assisting customers.”
