InnoVergent Named in Atlanta Top 10 Best Places to Work

ATLANTA, Ga.:  7 October, 2015 – The Atlanta Business Chronicle named enterprise-level accounting software vendor InnoVergent as a 2015 Best Place to Work in Atlanta at an awards ceremony held at the Georgia Aquarium.

“I’m extremely proud of that achievement considering there were over 1000 applicants,” said InnoVergent CEO Paul Cammisa. “The fact that we were nominated in the top 50 was great, and the fact that we made the top 10 was fantastic.”

Located in Alpharetta, Ga., InnoVergent has 15 employees, providing implementation and consulting services for enterprise-level finance and accounting software such as NetSuite, NetSuite Open Air and Adaptive Insights.

Based on nominations received by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, employees of nominated companies complete a survey conducted by Quantum Workplace.

“I couldn’t be happier with my employees – they set the bar and provided the feedback for the award, not me. I’m just proud to say that the folks that work here feel the same way that I do about the company,” Cammisa said.

According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Quantum ranks the top 100 employers in three categories: the top five among extra large employers (501+ employees in the metro Atlanta area), the top 20 among large employers (100-500 employees), the top 20 among medium employers (50-99 employees), and the top 55 among small employers (10-49 employees). Only employers with at least 10 employees could participate.

“I think the award was a long time coming. When I started this company almost 10 years ago, I knew that I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives that worked here in terms of creating a good work-life balance and giving them reasons to be excited about coming to work each day,” Cammisa said.

“Now that we’ve made the top 10 cut, the pressure is on to actually win it,” he said. “In the future, we’ll be working on what we can improve for years moving forward to go above and beyond what we’ve already done.”
