InnoVergent Marketing Internship
Position Description
Under the direction of the InnoVergent supervising staff member, the intern will be immersed in the marketing world of enterprise-level cloud software for private and public sectors. The intern will assist in populating the marketing database, lead nurturing, marketing campaigns, event planning and occasional content writing for both print and web.
InnoVergent will provide the intern:
- Practical, hands on experience
- Real-world portfolio pieces
- Opportunity to create professional contacts and network accordingly
- Working knowledge of an internal marketing department
Summary of major duties & responsibilities:
- Write blog posts
- Write email campaign copy
- Write and edit datasheets for event material
- Event planning for national conferences and local sales events
- Assisting in reporting on marketing metrics
Requirements:
- At least sophomore-level status at an accredited college or university
- Communication, English, Public Relations, Marketing or related field emphasis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite a plus, but not required
Details:
- $10/ hour pay rate
- The intern will work 40 hours each week until July 30 and 20 hours each week during the month of August unless otherwise arranged. Hours are flexible.
- InnoVergent will provide the intern with a computer to use during the internship.
